With guaranteed snow and festive activities, our event promises an enchanting Family Christmas experience. Set across our grounds and inside the winter tipi and licenced festive folly bar, this is the perfect Christmas activity for the whole family.



Festive Adventures Awaits

Included with each ticket is a complimentary mulled wine, mince pie, and a Christmas drink for the little ones. The kids will love meeting Father Christmas and receiving a gift, writing cards to Santa and being entertained by The Grinch and his naughty elves. They can also enjoy a pony ride with Mary & Joseph and in the evening explore Burtree’s illuminated Christmas wonderland. Finish your trip with a visit to the Christmas disco and play all your favourite party games, sing karaoke and you can even have a dance with Santa!

Hungry? The Folly Bar will be serving Traditional treats like Homemade Christmas Cake and Port and Buffet Style Christmas Dinners with all the trimmings.

Adults:
Morning and afternoon sessions £19.95
Evening sessions with illuminations £24.95

Children:
2-16 all sessions £24.95
Under 2's all sessions £11.95

Group Concessions:
Family of 5 will receive 5% discount
Family of 6 will receive 6% discount
Family of 7 will receive 7% discount
Family of 8-10 will receive 10% discount

*There is an extra charge of £5 per adult for the evening sessions as the grounds of Burtree will be magically illuminated in the spirit of Christmas cheer, we decided not to charge the children so they can enjoy this for free!

We very much enjoyed our Christmas Experience at Burtree House! We were more than impressed, con only see it getting better! I was a bit of a non-believer before tonight but now I can't wait to make this our annual Christmas outing!

WOW, great fun, kids loved pony ride with Mary and Joesph. It was well put together. I also enjoyed the out door cinema with a cup of hot chocolate. Lovely to see everyone making the effort in getting all dress up in their Christmas outfits. Looking to going back this year.
